Nestled on your own island, you are near 3 nature preserves perfect for walking, biking, sightseeing, and kayaking all just outside of the community.
One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville is a beautiful, lush, luxurious gated community that offers pristine resort amenities. Short term stay (less than one month) amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, heated pool, children's play area, splash zone, and a grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry boat storage is adjacent to the property and available for an additional fee. Long term stay (one month or longer) amenities ALSO include access to the $4.2 M waterfront beach club. Sitting on the inter-coastal waters, it boasts amazing sunsets and a huge heated resort-style pool. Enjoy the live entertainment, Sky Bar Restaurant, 4200 sq. foot fitness center. Your long term experience also allows you access to three additional heated pools, a fire pit gathering area, yoga lawn, kayaks, and 2 kayak launches. The kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a fully equipped kitchen giving you everything you need to make your favorite home-cooked meals. Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located on the backside of the condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 50' Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the front side of the condo. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a 50' Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a 50' Smart Tv and a full bathroom just down the hallway.
